How to dictate
- One medicine at a time: form, name, strength, dose, how often, when, how long. "Tab Augmentin 625, one tablet twice a day after meals for five days."
- The 1+0+1 style works: "one plus zero plus one".
- Start sections with "Complaints", "Diagnosis", "Investigations", "Advice" or "Follow up after one week".
- Leave the patient's name out of the recording; type it above.
